Owen Roofing is EXCELLENT!!!! I took in three bids not only were they the Best in price but honored everything they said. What made me feel confident in my choice was 1 they are located in town, 2 the business has been around for decades, 3 the owner is personable and willing to work with your request, 4 workers are very polite and hardworking and clean up after themselves. Owen Roofing should be at the top of your list. FYI, I'm still waiting for two companies to return my call and one company that tried to solicit me months ago called me the day Owen started. Eduardo was very professional and courteous. Showed us the different colors we could choose and we made an excellent choice. The workers were always on time and cleaned up after every work day. Very nice and polite men. We definitely recommend Owen Roofing, the quality and pricing they offer is excellent. This was a great experience and we just LOVE our new roof. Getting a new roof is a very expensive and stressful undertaking and one that can not be taken lightly. After reading reviews, we decided on Owen Roofing and we are sure glad that we did. Like previous reviews, we had some minor issues receiving a call back but once we heard from Eduardo, things went very smoothly. He put my wife and I at ease right from the beginning. He talked us through the process and listened to our concerns. He even helped with questions and issues regarding TWIA. He was always available with any questions, concerns or comments that we had. We found him to be professional, courteous and trustworthy. Once the work began, the workers were always on time and did a very good job of leaving our property the way it was, picking up all the debris. Orlando, we believe to be the foreman, was always available for on the job questions or minor issues that arose. He was also very polite, friendly and courteous to my wife and myself.
