Get Peggy off of the phones ASAP. I called and she hung up in my face before I could even ask my question. I was literally 3 words in. Terrible customer service.
BCA Electric has done work for us for 16 years. The owner and employees are always professional and knowledgeable. We happy been very happy with their work and have recommended BCA to friends and family.
Most poorly managed company I have ever seen. Honestly feel bad for the people that work under this mediocrity. Cheap SOBs!!
