We've used Big Blade to clear our sewer line for years when needed. Had issues with the line and they used a camera to find the problem. We contacted them for a second opinion/estimate for an outdoor leak locate & repair after getting a hefty estimate from another company. The office reached out to me within the hour after I filled out the contact form on their website. Shortly thereafter, one of their supervisors, Ryan, called me to get an idea of the problem, and we scheduled a time for him to come by. He came out and quickly found the leak, gave us a very reasonable quote, and was able to do the repair on the spot. He literally saved us THOUSANDS of dollars. Our foundation company dropped a house on us, literally. They cracked some of my plumbing and REFUSED to fix it. So we were down to 1 toilet. We called around to get different quotes. Most people were telling us they would have to tunnel in. 7+ thousand. We had big blade come out. And at the end of the day we paid closet to 3k. Yea it still hurt. But we have our bathroom back. They got there when they said they would. Cleaned up after themselves. It was much less painful then our other options.
