BLUE RIBBON HEAT AND AIR

After having years of bad luck and experience with other "HVAC" professionals, I called Trey Tucker at Blue Ribbon to install a new unit. He was well aware of my past experiences and he criticized the faulty work of the past "techs" and he shared how honest, fair, and reputable his company was. Understanding that you get what you pay for, I spent the money to purchase a new "high quality" HVAC unit from Blue Ribbon Feb 2021. 18 months later, I've had several issued with the unit, including faulty wiring. I called Blue Ribbon several times with no answer or call back. When I called with my number blocked, Trey answered the phone but when he heard my voice he hung up. I guess when the problems became too numerous, Blue Ribbon/Trey took the "ignore and it will go away" policy. This is the type of customer service you would expect to receive from a shady individual who installs HVAC units at half price. I did not expect to receive this type of service from a reputable company who prides it

I've been looking for an HVAC service that offers honest assessments and doesn't just look for upcharge opportunities and I've found it. Trey was great. He talked me through everything, was very transparent about costs and educated me on various things about my system. Service: HVAC system maintenance
