Jason came to fix our AC during the summer, when it was pushing cold air. Not once did he make us feel like we were just a number in his schedule. He patiently explained how the AC unit works, what was wrong, answered all of our questions, and educated us some of the maintenance we can do on our own. In October, our thermostat stopped working, couldn't turn on the heat. I reached out to Jason. He responded within minutes and spend the next 1-2 hours helping me trouble shoot various things that could have gone wrong. He sent me texts, sent pictures, walked me through potential issues over the phone. We were able to resolve the issue and turn on the heat before going to sleep in cold weather with 2 little ones at home over the weekend! Jason is reliable, honest, knowledgeable, and provides excellent service! He will be our number one contact for all future HVAC needs and will be recommending to our friends and family! Thanks Jason!
