Jose V. was great. He made a thorough diagnostic, took photos of worn parts in the compressor and explained what the priorities were, giving me sensible options. He explained things clearly, and gave me tips on prolonging the life of my system. MES were able to send him out within a couple of hours on a very hot day, and he exceeded all my expectations: efficient, well-trained, courteous, and honest. Thanks for the great service! Waymon Joyner is a fine service tech sent by MES and who has been with the company for 19 years! My husband bought the A/C unit from MES 1 1/2 yrs ago and the compressor unexpectedly went out only 4 weeks after its seasonal checkup. Waymon spent several hours getting the unit up and running and made sure it was working to our satisfaction before he left.
