He was so courteous and helpful, and he went the extra mile to make sure that I understood how to access and read my machines error codes in the future! And if all that was not enough, his pricing was incredibly reasonable! People who take this kind of pride in their work really restore my faith in humanity. Juan is amazing! We called him when a cold front came in leaving us with a heater that was blowing cold air. Our home warranty company didn’t want to send anyone for 5 days but he came out in less than 2 hours. Gladly paid him out of pocket. He also made sure we understood what was going on and his recommendations. Over the top service as he also offered to look into our warranties for us. Highly recommend.
