Sorry I have to wight this but watermark did fix my problem took 5 calls to get my receipt emailed to me asked to speak to a manager no way that was happening!! really felt 700.00 was a bit much for a hour of work when I showed them the leak. was not under a sink behind a bush nothing like that just right there in plane sight. My regular plumber was out of town. I own three house's in Carrollton so this is not my first plumbing experience but my worst!! yet .over the last 30 years. could not recommend this company. check there license number. with the State of Texas Just Saying. My shower and toilet started backing up on Christmas weekend. I called Watermark first thing on Tuesday morning. Even though they were slammed with post-Christmas/post-freeze calls, they were able to get me on their schedule for Thursday. I had another functioning bathroom so I could wait a few days. Michael quickly diagnosed the problem (main sewer line clog), pulled the toilet, and cleared the blockage. The Watermark plumbers are always pleasant, knowledgeable, and solve the problem. Jason and team were fantastic to work with. They were prompt, very knowledgeable, explained everything to make sure we understand what was happening. They are clearly passionate about what they do. One of the toilets we ordered from a home improvement store arrived with a seat that had scratches all over the lid. I shrugged it off because I was just happy to have a working toilet again. Jason was so committed to making sure we did not have any issues. He called the manufacturer and advocated for us. The manufacturer sent a new seat at no cost to us. Keep in mind, we ordered the toilet from a third party. Jason only called on our behalf because he wanted everything to be perfect for us.
