I had a leak and they opened up my walls and stated it was my washing machine supply line. They said they couldn’t fix it today and it would have to leak continually Saturday and Sunday, and they would come back Monday. I paid him and he left. Didn’t make sense to me so I called another company and they found the issue was with the toilet supply line and they had the leak stopped within 20 minutes of entering my home. I called Watermark and asked for a call back twice and they never got back to me. A business that collects your money, makes a mistake, and then doesn’t return your calls after is a huge red flag. I would recommend looking elsewhere.
