Landlords beware ! These guys Butchered my house. Caused a massive leak resulting in thousands of dollars in water damage. Aggieland refused to accept responsibility and then overcharged me for the repair which had to be redone by another company anyway. Calling Aggieland was the worst decision I’ve ever made as a landlord. Service: A/C system repair

We had an excellent experience with Aggieland Climate Control. Over a year ago, our A/C stopped working in the heat of the summer. On a friend's recommendation, we contacted them, and they sent out a repairman. He got it working again, and didn't charge us for the minor repair. Then, this summer (2022), our poor old A/C just couldn't do it anymore, so we pulled the trigger on replacing the unit. They were very professional, got it all done in a couple of days. It didn't go perfectly, but they handled all the snafus quickly and thoroughly. Also, after a few days, our new A/C stopped cooling the air. I called, and they had someone out within 30 minutes. The A/C was working again by the time he got there, but he checked it out, and even when he couldn't find a problem, he didn't act like I was crazy or making a big deal out of nothing. Also, they filled out and submitted the registration for the A/C company in order to get us an extended warranty and filled out the application for the reb
