My technician, Ethan was extremely nice and professional and took great care to explain as much as I wanted to know. He new what he was doing and has me back up and running in about 3 minutes with minimal cost. The entire Aire Serv free was top notch, and I will be using them again in the future. Our AC went out Sunday night. Monday morning I called Aire Serv of Aggieland at 7 am. Very quick response and they said they would have someone out late that afternoon. At 6pm, someone showed up, looked at the system and told me the compressor was out. On Tuesday, a woman came and gave me an hour long sales pitch then told me my options were $8k, or a whole new system for around 20k. I was upset, but about to bite the bullet when a buddy sent his guy over to look. He was here in 20 minutes, and AC was blowing cold within an hour. Total was $182. I just wanted it to work, and they just wanted to upsell me.
