Took the time to explain that he was doing to me and showed me exactly what was wrong with the furnace. Turned out the it was on it’s last leg and we need a new one. The repairman wasn’t pushy about needing to purchase a new one from them but very helpful in explaining my options and setting up an appointment for a quote.
