Ever meet people and you liked them instantly? I had the pleasure of meeting both owners of this business today. Personability, patience, and professional are my 3 Ps of business and both owners were on top of it! They answered every question and I got to know them a little on a personal level as well. I really hate it when HVAC people come in and don't feel they have to explain anything to you. This team is the opposite of that and took me, step by step, into what work was done. David responded quickly to my text and was able to inspect A/C the next day. He diagnosed the condition and provided us with options. Per our request, he installed a replacement unit the following day. David got the job done despite the 100 degree heat and for the quoted price.
