I found out that this company doesn't use licensed plumbers to do their after hours calls but instead sends their apprentices. Isn't it illegal to send an apprentice on a service call by themselves? I don't know about anyone else, but I would rather have a licensed plumber come do the work rather than someone who is merely in training to become one.
Dana was amazing! As were the technicians that did the work! Will definitely recommend Maroon Plumbing!!!
The technicians came out earlier than scheduled which worked great for my schedule. They were able to identify the problem right away and have a new water heater scheduled to be installed the very next morning. Very pleased with this company! Service: Water heater installation
