Air On Time AC

Updated: Just got a response to my review a year after the fact. Very glad to have found a truly honest and dependable AC company to use instead of ones like this. Y’all charged us $600 to change a capacitor and clear a drain, and then when it stopped working after you left you came back and unplugged the UV light and it started working again. The capacitor you took out was fine, we checked it after y’all changed it out. We still have it as back up. So basically what was wrong was just the UV light being plugged in. $600 for unplugging a UV light. Even still, Amazon sells capacitors for $20. Always do your research before paying these outrageous prices for changing out a part that takes 30 seconds to do. $330 to change out a $20 part that you literally have to turn off the power, change, then turn back on. Yeah. Real fair. If you Google that by the way, the average of what someone charges to change out a capacitor do you know what it says? Between $60 and $200. So your “standard” charg

So thankful!! Desperately needed a/c service on a Saturday. Technician was sent out in a couple of hours. Drew was great, diagnosed the problem and was able to secure the part. He returned in no time and fixed the issue. Would definitely recommend these folks!! Thank you!! R & I Dance Studio
