I have been using Charlie's AC for almost 20 years. The last few times I had issues were emergencies and they fit me in that day. Two weeks ago my AC stopped blowing cold air and the temps were in the 100's. They were at my house within an hour and fixed the problem. The office people are always friendly and the work is great.
Very satisfied with Charlie's AC. He installed our unit and has also come out for a service check. As a customer, I feel like he is honest, provides reasonable prices, and does great work. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
I have been doing business with Charlies AC for the past 10 years. They did a complete unit replacement 10 years ago and I was totally satisfied with the work, they even took the extra time to check and re-seal all of the ducts in my attic.
