Tomlin roofing was great from the start, they came out and covered our roof to prevent any further damage and worked closely with us right away. They made us feel like a customer and not just a number. They walked us through every step of the process so we knew exactly what was going on, and even helped when it came to dealing with our insurance. When it was time to fix our roof they were very professional and kept us updated on the process and ensuring us that they inspected the roof for further damage prior to replacing the roof. Overall it was a great experience and one that I though would be a pure nightmare. Dealing with replacing a roof can be very frustrating, especially when you are dealing with your insurance. Contacted Tomlin Roofing to inspect my 13 year old metal roof. They were very professional and responsive and inspected my roof and found no issues. This service was provided at no cost and one of owners provided the inspection. I had called several other local roofing companies regarding an inspection but they failed to call me back.
