I live in an apartment complex with twenty four hour maintenance services. For two months I’ve had a broken ac unit in my apartment. All the office did was supply me with ac window units. No one could figure the issue out. I called absolute out of desperation and Rene walked me through some things over the phone without even looking at my ac. I let my apartment complex know the possible issue and it was fixed within five minutes. Definitely appreciate Rene for fixing the issue without even coming out or getting paid!
