Michael came out to switch out a fan for a light in our kitchen and to repair a ceiling fan in our bedroom that looked like it was pulling away from the ceiling (it had a loose mount). Our house is 71 years old and when he got here he discovered weird wiring and missing supports for the fixtures. He explained everything and was transparent, polite, efficient, and very conscious of not making a mess, throughout the process. In the end he had to get up in the attic crawl space three times, in August, but he got our fans mounted securely and wired safely, and the price was great!
