24 hour service was answering service, Did promptly schedule service call. technician was friendly, repair estimate was generated by office for work and was double what was allowed by home warranty reimbursement (estimate was 3 hours labor @ $327 and $89.35 in parts, two elements and two thermostats, for $416.35 total) so ended up having to pay an hour service call of $109 and not having the issue repaired due to misalignment with what customary fee should be for work as established by warranty company. Second plumber replaced the elements, top and bottom, and issue was fixed in about 30 minutes.

Very pleased with job performance. Art & Adrian explained job, answered questions and completed work on time as planed. Will call them again. You should too.

This was the best overall plumbing experience I've had in over 26 years. Adrian was efficient, informative and respectful.
