IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNER'S RESPONSE: I just wanted to clarify. There have been ZERO phone conversations between the Project Manager and myself other than the initial scheduling of the estimate. All communication was done via text which I initiated and included in my review. A few weeks after the walk-through, my wife spoke to the Office Manager, who told us she would contact the PM to see what was happening and would call us back. After not receiving a call back from her, I called and spoke with her also a few days later, and she told me the PM told her he was waiting for one quote before he could finalize the estimate for us. As you can see through the texts, there were many times when the PM told me he was almost done and even once when he told me he had already sent the estimate. This is vastly different from what was posted because we never spoke over the phone, and the PM never told me he was "unable at this time to provide a proposal for the work [we] wished to accomplish." *****

My house needed a lot of repairs outside replacing facia board, rebuild chimney, repair box windows,etc. The job manager kept me informed and the crew doing all the repairs and painting were efficient and polite. They cleaned up every day before they left. I consider them very reliable and easy to work with. Service: Exterior painting
