Needed very simple shower repair. Very responsive..showed up in less than an hour from my initial call. My issue was with the total bill. The repair took the plumber roughly 30 minutes on site. He was gone ‘to get parts’ roughly 2 hours. At $128/hour that’s about $250 to go get parts. I get travel time has to be accounted for but that’s ridiculous. Service: Shower repair
Husband called, spoke to Jackie late morning and Jonathan came out after lunch. Both were very professional and cost was certainly reasonable Thank you! Update 3/23:/23: Needed a faucet replaced and disposal installed. Once again, Graf came through and Shawn did a beautiful job and Amy was helpful in getting us on the schedule. Thanks again!
