In summer 2023, the expensive Koolduct system we had Logicool install in November 2022 completely failed us. Condensation poured into our vacation rental, forcing us to cancel reservations during peak season. This cost us thousands in lost income. When we first contacted Logicool, owner Joven swore his premium Koolduct with a custom ductwork design would banish condensation for life. We spent over $20,000 on this promised permanent fix. Yet just months after installation, severe condensation flooded our home. Joven's crew tried half-hearted repairs, but condensation persisted. For three frustrating months, Joven avoided fully assessing the damage he caused. Finally, he blamed our house and is trying to sell us an additional dehumidifier. But Koolduct's own technicians reported that Logicool simply failed to properly seal the ductwork connections. Our identical duplex unit with original ductwork still has no issues. It's clear Logicool's shoddy work and poor service ruined our system. N
