My family and I live out of town and we were in need of a team that could get the job done right! We reached out to Precision air and they were able to accommodate us and drive out of town to do a full AC unit replacement in 1 day. The job was done fast, quick and most importantly, they were all professional. Professionalism all around from the techs, sales and speaking directly with Mr. Castaneda himself. Unfortunately my AC went out and I had to make the call at 430am. I get called from the tech saying do I expect someone to come out that early? I mean when you advertise 24 hr service I do. I am a understanding man and understand everyone has families and lives. However, I do not feel that is a proper response to a customer especially in the heatwave we are currently going through. The call lady was very respectful and patient with me.
