Kevin showed up to check my unit because the over flow sensor was triggered. He came earlier than expected (which is a good thing) and he was very patient in answering all my questions. Explained everything to me and made sure I had a good understanding of what happened. I am extremely pleased with the customer service and the techs that have been sent to my house.
From the moment they answered the call to the time they left the house. Friendly, Professional, trustworthy, and affordable. Jamie was super friendly on the phone and served was with excellent customer service. Our tech Kevin, was not only on-time but was able to get us in early. My family and I live out of town and we were in need of a team that could get the job done right!
