Lance was professional and informative. He used the Sparton 300 to clear the clot in drain line. He also used this machine to clean other lines while he was here, did a visual inspection of all drains throughout house, all while wearing booties around his work boots. A representative called about 30 minutes before he showed up to say he was on the way. Could not be happier. My family can use the bathroom and take showers without any problems now. It’s never fun when you have a leak in your water pipes. But having Royal Plumbers come out and work on it was so non-stressful. Austin went above and beyond to explain everything to us. He was very professional and courteous. Very pleased with the company and their staff. Roseann was also very helpful when I would call, and she kept me updated on when to expect them to be out.
