Scott made a special trip to my house when I was having an emergency. My power went out and he quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He saved the day!! Eternally grateful! Ray and his associate did an excellent job of installing my surge protector. They arrived on-time and kept me informed during the entire process.
