Spent two weeks answering questions about a new roof plan, certified employees, the materials, warranty’s, availability, individual prices, and completion dates…as well a consulting with TSR’s Engineer twice regarding improvements, so we could enter into a binding contract amicably. I told Jac in the beginning, “ I got taken on my last roof.” I spent a year, every two months, interviewing roofing companies, and learned when there is any change to modify a proposal, the terms and conditions can change also. One company did this, adding costs of materials up front. So, I interviewed 5 companies, and one was a no show, that never answered his messages. Texas State Roofing was the first, and TSR was the last one I called back. After the first proposal, I told Jac he had my business. He was patient, understanding, helpfully involved. I, do not remember how many times we changed up the proposal. He was dedicated and willing

Betty P. Texas State Roofing did a really great job. Sully, the representative I worked with, was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly & patient with all my questions. The roofers were on time & despite the extreme heat worked very hard to complete the job. Clean up was very thorough once the job was finished. I would recommend this company to anyone.
