I was very satisfied with my technician, Daitchoin. The moment he showed up he was very friendly, and inviting. I trusted him immediately. The first thing he did was ask what was going on and actually took the time to listen before assuming, which is what a lot of men do to women who try explaining these type of things. After I explained he invited me to follow what he was doing and as I work from home I had the opportunity to do so. All throughout the process he explained every single thing, not leaving a leaf unturned. I felt so heard and validated and when we decided what we needed done he went over the pricing, explained why the prices made sense and how important it was to get what needed to be done, done. Amazing technician!! They had to reschedule our service appointment because of the high demand this time of year. Anything bad about that was completely negated due to Kyle the technician providing an outstanding job for us!! He was very professional, well spoken, patient, and just flat out ideal! He understood our concerns, and our family values and answered all our questions. Not once did we feel like there were hidden charges, we understood all the maintenance and we absolutely believe it was money well spent! He represented Triple A to perfection! Can't find many people like Mike. He stayed all day installed a whole new HVAC himself and did an awesome job. Extremely professional and meticulous. System looks great and it really relieved allot of stress on our part. So glad we called AAA. Would recommend this to anyone in need of HVAC repair. Thanks again.
