Triple A Air Conditioning & Heating

Just had my air-conditioning replaced by Mike and he did a fabulous job. They got to us quickly (called them out Monday and had new AC installed by Wednesday evening). Were pleasant to deal with on the phone and in person. Look forward to a continued relationship since I also signed up for their service plan so the unit can be checked on every 6 months to keep it working well. ???? Definitely recommend!! Amazing technician!! They had to reschedule our service appointment because of the high demand this time of year. Anything bad about that was completely negated due to Kyle the technician providing an outstanding job for us!! He was very professional, well spoken, patient, and just flat out ideal! He understood our concerns, and our family values and answered all our questions. Not once did we feel like there were hidden charges, we understood all the maintenance and we absolutely believe it was money well spent! He represented Triple A to perfection! We had our unit installed a year ago, and the AC techs were very polite and worked diligently to get the unit installed. Fast forward to last Friday when our unit had water all over it I couldn’t figure out where it came from so I called the friendly people at AAA air-conditioning, and they sent a team out the very next day to take care of the situation and come to find out it was my drain tube was plugged up. They show me how to maintain it, so that this may not happen again. The guys are very nice. They were extremely knowledgeable. This company is fantastic. I highly recommend you checking these guys out. If you need an AC, they are great. Thank you, AAA.
