Excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff, all of my thanks to Wally for his speed and service and friendliness!
I made an appointment to have my AC serviced. It took the tech about 20 minutes. The tech then went to his van and it took 20 minutes for him to do the invoice. I was charged 1.5 hours for labor. When I called to question it they reduced it to 1 hour for the labor. While speaking with Maria in billing, I stated that I assume that this was not standard practice with this company. She got defensive when I said that maybe that they should have a conversation with this tech. Will never use them again. Service: HVAC system maintenance
Recommend for anyone looking for duct work creation. High quality work for sure. Only issue is high pricing for select items.
