They came out and rerouted our washing machine drain from a grey water drain field to our new septic system. In the process they noticed that our hot / cold faucets for the washing machine had been leaking and also made that repair. Very fair pricing and fast service. Down to earth people and are not looking to price gouge you as has been my experience with plumbers in the past.

I was looking for a plumber to install a whole home water filtration system. I called 5 companies, and either they do not even return phone call with multiple messages or have to charge a fee to give me a quote. I read R&M plumbing reviews, and decided to call them. Danny was able to come out the next day to give a free quote. He is exactly like what the other reviews stated. He is kind , professional and honest of what needs to be done. He was reasonable with his quote. He and his coworker got us installed. The work was professional, he knows what he is doing. He is going to be my family go to plumber from now on. I’ve used this plumbing service twice now. The first time they saved us almost a thousand dollars. We live in a trailer and had a clog that cause sewage to back up and over flow both toilets, our bathtubs, and even our shower stall. We called another plumber ( Mr. Rooter) and had to wait without water, a toilet or a shower for over a week before they could come out. Once they came out they said we didn’t have a drain catch and we needed extensive work done that was going to cost us $1200. When we said ok they said they didn’t want to do it because it was dirty work!!! Leaving us again with out water or working facilities! So we called R&M Plumbing and thank God we did! He came out that night and found the drain catch that we did have right away! He only charged us $185. Within a few minutes we had water, flowing pipes, and were good to start the cleaning process! He wouldn’t even take a tip! The second time he came out was to repair another plumbers work. We had another plumber come
