Mr Fredrick Dandridge came to service our needs, He was very courteous, patient and informative. He answered so many questions, and cleared up a lot of my concerns regarding the plumbing in the Home. Frederick was my plumber technician. My toilet was stoped up due to weeds in the pipes. I only have one bathroom which made this repair a high priority. He worked very hard to clear them & get my toilet working properly. He was very knowledgeable, explained each step clearly & most of all reassuring that he could fix it. I was very impressed & had no doubt about what he had to do. He also carefully explained the charges. While the necessity of the visit I was very pleased with the overall experience. He was the best!
