Robert did an excellent job installing a heating and cooling unit for my 95 yo dad. He was so courteous and respectful while he listened to what my dad was wanting and didn’t try to over sell anything that was not needed. He kept us informed all during the measurements, ordering, and installation. He checked back with us several times to make sure we were pleased and all was working correctly.
