Jim Stewart at Alltex exceeded my expectations for quality and professionalism. In fact, Mr. Stewart was hired to repair mistakes made by the prior roofing company recommended by my insurer. Mr. Stewart closely monitored the work on my project. His crew showed up on time and did an excellent job. I’ve called Alltex roofing a couple of times to look at my roof when concerned of hail damage. Fortunately (and somewhat unfortunately) both times Mr. Stewart came out to look for damage and provide recommendations. He was very honest in sharing that my roof was in good shape despite the recent hail storms. He recommend that I not file through insurance based on the cost to repair the little damage I had. Both times Mr. Stewart was friendly, timely and most importantly, honest. I’ve also called Mr. Stewart when considering a home purchase to inspect the roof. I was glad a did because the roof was in need of replacing and the sellers weren’t willing to take care of the issues. We walked away from the purchase.
