Dallas Plumbing & Air Conditioning

RUN !!!! BEWARE!!!! I have been a client of Dallas Plumbing (original company) for 30 years. They were awesome but were sold sometime in the past few years. We thought it was the same family-owned company. We paid $5,000 deposit ($25,000 estimated total cost) to replace two AC units in June 2023. They still have not done anything after multiple calls. Just get a national center call center. Will not refund our money. We have engaged another local AC company to handle since they will not respond to our repeated calls to finish the job.

The repairman was prompt. He showed up within an hour or two the initial call. He was professional and efficient and gave sound advice concerning the unit. Basically, he bailed us out from having to move into a hotel room. I will definitely use this company again.

Good company, but be cautious to get exact pricing on show up fee in advance of the worker showing up, and once the assessment has been completed on issue, get exact details and costs, and get a second opinion. Getting a second opinion allowed us to get work done and save $800plus repairs that Dallas company was recommending. Again, good company, but be cautious to rely on their opinion
