Dallas Plumbing & Air Conditioning

Well at the time of my initial review, although 100+ degrees, I encountered a technician, Jimmy who was nice and patient who replaced a connector on the system at a cost of $400 but the heat continued with multiple attempts to correct the system. Unfortunately it's still 100 degrees inside of my home after 3 weeks and multiple visits. I spoke with dispatch yesterday and a rush was placed on the order due to the amount of time passed with the same result, a compressor that shuts off after 10 min of running. A new tech, Mark came with a trainee and seemed to have diagnosed what he thought the problem could be, contacted management and was informed that to replace (CVT?) Valve would cost $2400.00 but the compressor still was shut off and residence have already been using this company for last 3 weeks and system is covered by warranty. RUN !!!! BEWARE!!!! I have been a client of Dallas Plumbing (original company) for 30 years. They were awesome but were sold sometime in the past few years. We thought it was the same family-owned company. We paid $5,000 deposit ($25,000 estimated total cost) to replace two AC units in June 2023. They still have not done anything after multiple calls. Just get a national center call center. Will not refund our money. We have engaged another local AC company to handle since they will not respond to our repeated calls to finish the job.

Travis and Josh were very kind, friendly and knowledgeable.They were able to schedule a next-day installation for a new AC and offered a great 18-month no-interest, no-payment deal which is saving us. These people are very honest as they gave the same info on my unit as another very respectable company had, without me telling them. That was the deciding factor for me to put my trust in them!!
