When your AC goes out on a 100+ degree day, Dan is who you want. He was pleasant on the phone, listened as I tried to explain best I could and gave me an idea of what to expect based on that information. He was patient and I had time to think and decide. My stress over the AC being out continued to lower once he arrived. He took time to explain the issue with the AC and possible solutions, without a rush and I was able to process and understand the information. Dan was able to complete the repair and had my air back on in an efficient amount of time. Dan is very knowledgeable, kind, and pleasant to work with.
Just got an inspection and unscheduled maintenance taking care of today. Jose Ramos was very professional and informative. I am happy with the service I received. Great job Dial One Johnson!
