Daniel did an AWESOME job of installing a home Tesla charger! Chris in the office was prompt and helpful in scheduling - and Daniel communicated as he said he would on his arrival time. I had used Electric Man 2 years ago to replace a ceiling fan when the motor died. Well the same fan broke again so I called ElectricMan back cause they were good and fair priced previously. I confirmed that the price would be similar to what I paid before people to scheduling. The scheduler confirmed prices had increased slightly but it wouldn't be much more than the $350 including tax I had paid 2 years ago. When the 2 technicians arrived they quoted $615 for the work (when the bid came via email later the price was changed to $675). I told them what the scheduler had shared and they seemed annoyed (Daniel) and said that Brian who had done the work before was taller than them and had a better ladder (they thought the ceiling was 24ft but I've since confirmed it's 18ft). They called their manger to see if anything could be done. He told them not to charge the service fee and to leave.
