***UPDATE*** I just wanted to update this review with some clarification of my experiences and the current situation. Matthew Karn is the person who all my previous experiences laid out in the review revolve around. I have been contacted by Farhan Merchant regarding my experiences and the damage. He is going above and beyond trying to fix the problems that Matthew Karn is unwilling to handle. Farhan actually came onsite himself to assess the damages and agreed that it was their/Matthew Karn's issue to take care of. The current status is the replacement materials have been ordered with the help of Farhan and we are waiting on an install date from Matthew Karn. So in the mean time if you seek services from Grey Hammer make sure you deal with Farhan.
