John has been out to service the AC several times. He is consistently professional and pleasant, neat and courteous. He takes the time to answer questions and explain what is needed. John is always personable, seems to really enjoy his job and taking care of his customers.

My worst fear came to life when my AC went out in this Texas heat. Called Master Tech and they were able to send out a technician same day! Jaime was professional and I appreciated him answering my questions as a first time homeowner. Will definitely know who to call next time I have an issue with my AC and will be recommending to friends.
