We recently needed to have some electrical and plumbing work done. We chose Milestone knowing it's not the cheapest, but we feel the fantastic service and quality workmanship is well worth it. We decided to become members and we could not be happier! Everyone is so nice, professional and I love how they give you multiple options to resolve any issues. It's also good to know my home's mechanics are in great working order. We had a great experience with Milestone today. We had two breakers go out, and our technician Jon McGee replaced them both, as well as installed a surge protector (something we had been considering for a while now). Jon’s service was fast, friendly, and he was very considerate of our time. He gave several options for service and explained the value of each level so that I could make an educated decision. The tech gave me a time frame of 8 to noon.. for the first time , he showed up right at 8 , no waiting around all day waiting for them to show up. From the time that he arrived here until he left my driveway 100% professionalism . Complete respect all the way around. Once he finished , he explained everything he seen and done as well as a few recommendations without being overbearing. At the completion of the job , like any other company he had a few maintenance packages that they offer but even then he didn’t overwhelm me nor was he pushy.. very pleasant . Although they may be a little bit on the pricey side this is one of those time that you get what you pay for .. Dustin is an excellent service tech and also an outstanding representative for the company. Service: Heating system maintenance
