I was looking for recommendations on an AC company a few years ago and was given Mondragon Mechanical as a reference. Since then I have used them for my previous house and my brothers house and just used them in my current house for new AC and heating installs. Each time the team were very professional, from being on time, care during installation and final clean up outside and inside. Incredible customer service. I called them on Wednesday at 4PM, and they were at my door by 6:30 PM. Less than 24 hours I had a new AC unit, fully installed and operating properly. I highly recommend their services for anyone that needs a new AC unit or maintenance.
Top notch professionals! Rare you have customer service like this nowadays! And they are so young, this team who came to install our new A/C, they are so committed and pleasant to be around! All three of them. They left the attic and the work place very clean. Very impressed with their work!
