Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

I used Roto-Rooter for cleaning out my main sewer line and for clearing blockage in my sink. Kelvin, my technician, was prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. I couldn't ask for a better experience regarding a service call. I will definitely use this company again.

Washing machine drain overflowed Thursday afternoon; Roto-Rooter came Friday morning. Justin did great work clearing the clog, and called for his supervisor to verify the work. With an older house that has been renovated a few times, you never know what you’ll find. I’m confident that the problem is fixed, and if it recurs in the next six months they’ll come back out and fix it for free. Fair notice: I get $100 discount for posting this review, but I would have posted it anyway. I was skeptical of the big companies, but not any more. They are my go-to plumbers from now on.

Roto-Rooter and Erik were great. I called on Mother's Day late afternoon and he was at my house within an hour. He gave me 2 options, I chose the lesser-priced but we ended up having to go with the 2nd option anyway. I appreciated that Erik gave such great service on Mother's Day Sunday.
