Shepherd Renovations is the best roofing contractor I have ever worked with. They are friendly, efficient, and very knowledgeable about their work. They also have great customer service skills. They did a roof repair for me after the hurricane hit. It took them only 5 days to complete the job and they were able to give me an affordable price quote! The team at Shepherd Renovations were friendly and polite when they came out to do an inspection of my roof. They were happy to answer any questions I had about the process or how it would work on my house. I hired Shepherd Renovations to do an inspection on my roof after the wind and rain storm. They were very good at explaining what they did and why they did it, which was important since I didn't know a lot about roofs. They came out within a week of me contacting them, did the inspection, and gave me a quote that looked like it would be reasonable for me to follow through with. The crew was neat and professional, and they finished up quickly. They also cleaned up after themselves so well that I didn't even notice any messes until later on when I had my son over.

I hired David and Shepherd Renovations to rebuild, remodel and build an addition onto my 1950s home after it was flooded in the 2021 winter storm. The project was large - the house was taken down to the studs or demolished completely. David is responsive and his crews are very good. The project was completed in a timely fashion (not within the original time frame quoted but that was not David's fault - supply chain problems were a big problem), and very close to the original budget (less than 10% over). Every renovation has its bumps, I think. I've never done this before but was prepared for the worst. David and his crews kept me informed, gave me choices when unexpected things arose, and worked with me on pricing.
