Kevin at United Roofing is very professional and provided excellent customer service. He walked me through the entire process and took the time to answer questions and ensure that I was happy with the roof and gutter repair. Kevin came to the site to check in on the work being done, and followed up with me after to ensure the work was completed to my satisfaction. A few weeks later I called Kevin to let him know that our neighbor's trampoline damaged our new gutters during the storm. Kevin took care of us and worked it out with our neighbor and replaced that section of gutters. We are so please with Kevin and his team. Corey and United Roofing were great throughout the whole process of installing a new roof. Corey came out quickly to inspect the roof and worked with my insurance. My experience with this company (locally based and highly rated, not going anywhere) was fantastic from the initial contact (company reps walking the neighborhood doing roof inspections while installing new roofs in the surrounding neighborhood) to all the work (new roof and gutters, and some interior painting) being completed. Our sales guy Greg was our primary point of contact throughout the process, and he is personable and responsive as possible with a lot on his plate, an excellent advocate with my homeowners insurance carrier and the company that he works for, coordinating projects and facilitating the overall insurance-payment process. Highly recommended if you are having any roofing issues, or if your roof is 10-15 years old and you've had any significant hail or wind storms in recent years, and want someone to give it a look.
