Great communication from Terry. All employees were professional and answered all my questions. Installed new A/C which was 2/2 for house. Found issues from previous A/C installation that a different company completed and Texcellent fixed for us. Finished in time estimate that was originally given. Cleaned up everything! Helped install new app and set up. I felt they went above and beypond. System works great! Passed League City inspection with no issues. Services: Installation, Install thermostat
Terry did a complete inspection of our AC system. He found an issue that past servicemen overlooked. He explained everything in detail, added the needed refrigerant, and made recommendations for enhancing the system. I will use him again and would recommend him to others!
I called them around 6AM today and they were at my door around 9AM. Terry was very informative, showing me what he was looking at, and explaining things in great detail so we could understand (especially since we've had many problems with our unit before). More importantly, our AC works now! Thanks Terry!!
