Called due to AC not cooling suddenly and Terry showed in about 45 minutes and was able to diagnose my issue within 10-15 minutes. Gave me options and I decided on a new system. He was able to get the parts and have it installed In less than 24 hours from my initial call to him. While that's impressive, the best part of my experience was the fact that he does excellent quality of work and completed the new system adding all the bells and whistles it didn't have. Float switch...second switch...replaced all aged control wires, verified all electrical was sound....replaced all aged insulation on lines... added dampners because my original system didn't include....re-sealed all duct work....caulked the disconnect box and rain cover for the outside unit....cleaned everything...vacuumed the area he was walking through for the attic access....even replaced the light bulb in my attic with a very bright LED bulb!
