I am the owner of the company and this review is fake. I do not know this customer and my name isn’t spelled correctly either. My customers have my business card in hand and it’s on all contracts. Secondly she’s referring to a ceiling being open then different color material being used. I am backed by my manufactures and purchase all materials from local warehouse companies in the DFW area. I offer a 10 yr warranty. I would encourage this person to reach out to my company or the manufacturer of the materials that were installed. They will warranty the work and get in touch with me. We hope customers will be honest but sadly this seems to be a personal attack for some reason.
