Morrison’s is good about picking up the phone, etc. But I’ve called them out 3 times, AC still cuts off and is too hot upstairs. I wish if they didn’t know what was wrong they’d just say so, instead charging $750 to replace parts that don’t need replaced. Service: HVAC duct & vent installation
Everyone was extremely professional and helpful. They came out quickly and called me several times to keep me updated as to when they would be out. John got me fixed up right away and explained everything as we went. I would definitely recommend Morrison's to anyone needing a qualified professional team.
I've been a customer of Morrison Heating and Air for nearly 10 years. You won't find a more honest operation. John Morrison and Pat are warm and friendly people who run an effective business. I highly recommend them. And about their pricing... I'm always a little surprised when John hands me the invoice. Every single time, I've expected it to be more than it is.
