The company was very unprofessional with me. I scheduled the appointment using the online tool and selected the 5-7pm arrival window. About 10 minutes later they called me to reschedule due to not having plumbers who work past 5pm. I was fine with that, no issue. The woman rescheduled the time for 4:30pm on the same day. I left work early and get home and they are not there. I called Roto Rooter and was told that the person who services my area gets off at 4:30pm and would not be arriving. So WHY schedule my appointment for that time if you already knew that? I was very inconvenienced with leaving work early and still did not have a plumber. She attempted to reschedule the appointment, but then she started rambling about the time availability and it started to sound a lot like I was going to be placed in another situation where the plumber would not show up. So I just cancelled all together and am finding a new more professional company to come out. Honesty upfront always works best in
