I really hope the supervisor named “Randy” owns the business, because he was the kind of rude that only an owner can “get away” with. I already wasn’t happy that they didn’t replace the correct lights the first time, they didn’t take before and after photos as requested (I live 3 hours from the property), and they charge you $110 just to show up at the property to inspect the issue (not fix it…just showing up). As I’m providing context to Randy of why I’m not happy with the situation, I can’t even finish my first sentence before he begins to loudly talk over me. I can’t even get a word in! It can be difficult to find good contractors, so keep looking. This one isn’t worth the time, money or headache. Service: Light fixture repair

I cannot stress enough how amazing they have been for us. We learned of them through our home warranty after our entire breaker needed to be replaced, rendering our house completely powerless. They went out of their way to help diagnose the issue ASAP and work with us on fixing it. Even after having an issue with our warranty not covering the replacement, they were understanding of our financial situation. After the headache with our home warranty they were just the best. Randy and his team are just A-1, right down to the technicians. DO NOT HESISTATE TO USE THESE GUYS! They are best of the best!!!
