They accidentally brought or ordered the wrong compressor and had to come back a couple of days later. Being that it is the summer, my house was incredibly hot. The managers there were so nice and brought me out a window unit until they could fix it. They are super friendly and I appreciate their hard work.
Much better service than the original installers/techs that put the system into my new house. Great service all around.
