Grateful for same day service. I had a clogged kitchen sink that they were able to fix. Customer service was good. Only complaint was I felt like the price was a bit high. I paid roughly $350 for at most, 30 minutes of work. They did use a machine and I understand that costs more but I couldn’t help but feel like the cost was high relative to the time spent working. Overall, I’m satisfied with the quality of work but will take the time to shop around next time just to feel better about pricing.
My air conditioner stopped cooling my home and, after calling numerous other companies, all said it would be 2 - 3 days before they could get a technician to take a look at it. I called Vanderford and they had a tech out within the hour and after about 15 minutes the problem was diagnosed and repaired. Very quick response and professional service.
