Air went out Thursday night, tech came the next day and confirmed with us that our AC unit from 2006 and heater that was even older was officially dead (we knew it didn’t have much life left). Ben talked us through the purchase of a new unit and was able to add 2 new vents to bathrooms that had none (old house) and 2 air intakes in much better locations. We had planned to be out of town for five days and they were able to come in (with the help of a neighbor) and have unit completely up and running by Monday evening. Outstanding service. My air conditioner stopped cooling my home and, after calling numerous other companies, all said it would be 2 - 3 days before they could get a technician to take a look at it. I called Vanderford and they had a tech out within the hour and after about 15 minutes the problem was diagnosed and repaired. Very quick response and professional service.
