5 years ago Norman Aire put a completely new system in and has maintained my unit for me. I called Tuesday afternoon when my outside condensing unit quit working. In this heat wave they were booked up till next week. Lucky me, I received a call later saying they could fit me in the following day. Great service all the way around.

Norman Aire Services has always provided me outstanding customer service for many years! The staff is very professional and personable. I appreciate and thank S.D. for always being available, prompt, and thorough no matter what the issue is! Such a great person and businessman! Again, thank you for your quick response in 100+ degree weather in resolving my AC issue quickly and efficiently today! In addition, a few years ago, S.D. came out in to install a new AC unit for me. He came out very early at 6:00 am to perform the install. A sudden thunderstorm came up that morning and he continued the work and successfully completed the install!! I appreciate his compassion and caring throughout the years. My gratitude always for a job well done to a kind and outstanding young man!!
